At KLT Marketing, we provide premium podcast guest booking and marketing services that involve upfront research, outreach, and coordination. To ensure fairness and consistency in our operations, please review the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Refund Policy
All payments are final. Because service delivery begins immediately upon onboarding, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
- A verifiable failure on our part to initiate service delivery
To request a refund under one of these conditions, please contact us at
alix@kltmarketing.com within 7 days of the charge. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your engagement with KLT Marketing after the commitment period agreed to in the Statement of Work by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- Notice must be submitted via email to alix@kltmarketing.com
- Services and billing will remain active during the 30-day notice period
- No mid-cycle cancellations or pro-rated refunds will be provided
This ensures we can wrap up active outreach and maintain continuity during the wind-down period.
3. Disputed Charges
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at alix@kltmarketing.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We’re happy to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
