1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by KLT Marketing, a brand operated by Dimension6 Sp. z o.o., to its clients (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
KLT Marketing provides podcast guest booking, podcast content repurposing, and related marketing services tailored to help clients build credibility and grow their audience. A detailed scope of work will be outlined in your individual agreement or proposal.
3. Cancellation Policy
After the minimum commitment period, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any amounts already paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
4. Use of Client Assets
Unless explicitly requested otherwise, the Client grants KLT Marketing the right to use the Client’s name, logo, testimonial content, and case study material in its own marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to its website, social media, and sales decks.
5. Ownership of Work Product
All final content created for the Client—including podcast clippings, blog posts, social copy, and video edits—is the property of the Client upon delivery and full payment. However, outreach messaging, templates, and backend process documentation used during the guest booking or marketing process remain the intellectual property of KLT Marketing and are not transferred to the Client.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due monthly in advance, via the payment method selected in your proposal. Late payments may result in paused services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, KLT Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the 60 days preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client chooses to cancel before the project start date or before the agreed service period begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for unused time, partial months, or change of mind after work has started, except in cases of non-delivery or failure to meet agreed deliverables.
